We are seeking experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer professionals to join the project team for Supervision of Construction Works for Rustavi–Algeti (Lot I) and Algeti–Red Bridge (Lot II), located in Georgia.

What We're Looking For

Position: Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Project: Supervision of Construction Works for Rustavi–Algeti (Lot I) and Algeti–Red Bridge (Lot II)

Location: Georgia (field-based)

Expected start: March 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Review geotechnical investigations and designs for embankments, cuttings, slopes and foundations.
• Supervise earthworks and geotechnical construction activities and verify compliance with specifications.
• Assess ground conditions on site and advise on remedial or design changes where needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering degree
• 15 years of experience in similar works construction and/or construction supervision
• 10 years of international experience in construction of large-scale and complex road / railway projects as a Geotechnical Engineer
• 5 years under FIDIC Red Book or the FIDIC MDB harmonised conditions of contract

Preferred

• Master's degree
• 10 years of international experience outside the expert's home country
• Language proficiency: English (project working language)

What We Offer

• Competitive remuneration of USD 6,000 – 7,500 per month, with per diem included.
• Accommodation is not provided by the project.
• Construction supervision input: 12 man-months over the 30-month construction supervision period, on an intermittent basis.
